Return and Exchange Policy

PAYMENTS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept the following payment methods : COD, Credit Cards (American Express, Mastercard, RuPay, Visa), Debit Cards (Maestro, ICICI Bank, Mastercard, RuPay, Visa), Net Banking, Wallet Payments, UPI (Google Pay/TEZ, BHIM, PhonePe, Paytm, Whatsapp Pay, Other UPI).

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy, only on prepaid orders with a refund issued directly to the original payment method. You can exchange an item with the same item or another one. However, all the exchanges are subject to stock availability. Returns and exchanges are only valid for unused and unworn items that still have the tags and packaging intact. Please refer to our return & exchange policy here for further information on how to return your packages. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • In order to book a return or exchange, please submit your return or exchange request by clicking Submit Exchange or Return request given on the home page in footer section.
  • Keep all items including the invoice in a package and address it to the following: 253, 1st Floor, 6th Cross 1st Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Pin code - 560038.
  • Returns can only be booked on prepaid orders, not on COD orders
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Merchandise must have all the original tags, including any Ayesha Accessories hangtags, attached and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, will not be accepted and return request can be rejected 
  • Hair accessories, earrings, gift boxes, ear cuffs & masks cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our delivery partner within 5-7 business days. Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item directly to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, for returns. For exchanges, a coupon code will be issued, that will be worth the bill amount which can be redeemed at checkout, to purchase the same or a different product, subject to availability. The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Ayesha Accessories reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
